The hand soap bought in the store is full of ingredients that are not natural and can be very drying on the skin. Goats milk hand soap is very different.

So different, in fact, that natural made goat milk soap is almost so good you can eat it! Not really but it is packed with the skin loving fat soluable vitamins A, C, & E as well as a wide variety of essential fatty acids.
